Professional gamer players are most likely gamer lovers themselves. They enjoy the excitement and adventure while playing games. Some of the exercises below can bolster your physical and mental health as a gamer so that you can improve your performance when playing games.

  1. Comprehensive Gamer Stretches
    According to Esports Healthcare, stretching is a very suitable exercise to reduce injury. Here are some stretches that you can do at home and anywhere:
    — Thumb and finger stretches, pull your thumb downward and backward and hold for 30 seconds for each hand.
    — Hand and wrist stretches, do it with a prayer position dan hold for 30 seconds.
